11.) Understand your native talents with Strengths Finder*

By completing a comprehensive personal assessment, you will gain insights into your Top 10 strengths as well as your Bottom 10 areas of development and understand how to leverage these insights to build effective relationships and achieve greater career success. When you complete the assessment, you will also have a 1-on-1 coaching session with a Strengths Finder accredited facilitator. This session is R1400 per person and will only be available to individuals who have completed the Strengths Finder assessment.

With over 15 years experience in HR, Talent and Leadership Development, Preesha’s mission in this lifetime is to empower women to unleash their hidden magic and create lasting legacies steeped in authenticity, belonging and personal power. Preesha is passionate about working with women, young and old, and her personal goal in facilitating this program is to help you identify and overcome your limiting beliefs that hold you back from fully embracing your uniqueness and stepping into your greatness.


Preesha firmly believes when we live from a space of authenticity, self worth and gratitude, opportunities become limitless and enables us to create positive change in our lives, those we engage with and the world.


Preesha draws from her own life experiences, both personally and professionally, to help women embrace all that they are and live a life full of potential, opportunity and adventure.

 
She has worked in a variety of industries including Construction and Engineering, Pharma and Professional services, across a range of People Development roles. She is a highly skilled facilitator, having trained and developed people in Africa, Europe, India and Middle East. She boasts a wealth of experience in Leadership and Talent Development, Executive coaching and Organisational Development. Preesha is currently a Senior Manager at EY, looking after Leadership Development for the Africa region.


She holds a BComm Honours Degree, is an accredited Insights Discovery facilitator, a Strengths Finder coach and an internationally accredited DDI facilitator. Preesha is a coach, empowerment specialist and thought leader in people development. She prides herself on being a life long learner and is known for being a dynamic and impactful facilitator, her out of the box thinking and commitment to bring out the best in others.

 
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going for long walks in nature, hiking, reading and dappling in various creative interests.
