Florence is Founder and Director of FLOCONSULT, a niche Change Leadership Coaching and Consulting company. She has over 20 years of experience in Management Consulting both independently and having worked for Deloitte, PwC, and IBM. Florence has experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments. Florence is a Change Leadership Strategist, Facilitator, Specialising in User Adoption strategies and bringing back the basics of human interaction and values into Change Management. She is a Certified HCMBOK® and HCMP Global Facilitator and a Change Leadership Coach and holds a BSc (HONS) in Psychology. Florence is also a graduate of the Duke CE Excellence Programme and the Absa Executive Leadership Development Programme.
Florence has a passion for working with Leaders and their teams to problem solve and deliver on desired programme and project outcomes, while growing in their individual leadership and teaming abilities. Her focus is equipping leaders with skills of empathy and kindness which has positive effects for all staff under their care. In our African culture we refer to the same as “Ubuntu”. There is incredible strength in bringing African philosophies into corporate dialogue.
