Aneshrie Yasar is an Organisational Development Practitioner, Facilitator, Executive Coach and Keynote speaker with over 20 years’ experience in Corporate.
She dared greatly by embarking into the world of independent consulting and is the Director of Aneshrie Yasar & Associates, focusing on individual and systemic behaviour change.
One of only six Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators in South Africa, she is trained to share the courage-building work of world-renowned author and social work professor, Dr. Brené Brown.
Aneshrie describes herself as a Courage-builder, Ideator, and an Unconventional problem-solver, who is multi-disciplinary in her approach. She leans into her core values of courage, creativity, learning and humanity to support creating spaces where brave leaders and courageous cultures can thrive. Aneshrie believes that “when people are supported to rise to their best, they can do amazing things in Africa – and strives to be a part of this change”.
Through process facilitation, workshops, masterclasses, coaching and keynote talks, Aneshrie supports leaders and teams increase their self-awareness and emotional literacy skills as they work through internal barriers to connect to their purpose, build resilience and positively embrace change. Because “who we are is how we lead”.
She also partners with business to think through creative solutions and approaches to delivery of the people and culture components.
In creating brave and safe places for people to thrive, Aneshrie encourages her clients to explore what it truly means to create spaces of belonging, particular through the lens of diversity and inclusion. Aneshrie is active as a Parental Transition Coach with Great Expectations.
